Oh yum! Thanks for bringing back memories :) -- I remember when asked to guard them from critters as I sat studying for exams and eating them raw and not quite dry :)
It looks wonderful and yummy. Even my mom makes it occasionally . But every time she makes it get folded after drying. Your snaps show it flat and perfect. Is there any way to dry it with out getting folded.

One of my favorites,always keep stock at home.Goes well along with your drink ! Also a good snack along with tea.

One of my favorites! My Grandama used to make them just for me! Now, I buy them when I visit Mangalore.
